1. Policy Scope

This General Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for services provided by NextWebz, including web design, frontend and backend development, and related digital project work.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • You may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the initial payment date if project execution has not started
  • If work has started, only the unworked portion of funds may be considered for refund
  • For milestone-based projects, completed and approved milestones are non-refundable
  • Fees paid for third-party tools, licenses, domains, hosting, or paid assets are non-refundable

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Change of mind after delivery has started
  • Delays caused by missing content, approvals, or feedback from the client
  • Rejection due to personal preference after work matches the approved scope
  • Project cancellation due to a breach of agreed terms

4. Exceptional Cases

If NextWebz is unable to deliver the agreed scope due to reasons fully within our control, we may provide a full or partial refund after internal review. The decision is based on completed effort, documented progress, and project agreement terms.

5. Refund Request Process

  1. Send your request to [email protected] with your project details and payment reference
  2. Include the reason for refund and any supporting documents
  3. Our team reviews your request and responds within 5-7 business days

6. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method. Processing may take 10-15 business days depending on banking partners and payment gateways.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy periodically. Updated versions are published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
